We collect information you provide directly: your email address, username, gender, age, bio, and profile picture. We also collect the content you post, such as posts, visual content, and comments.
We use your email for authentication and communication. Your username and content are public within the platform. Usage data, such as visits or likes, is used to improve the experience and for community features.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Posting illegal material, hate speech, graphic illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party copyrights is not allowed. We reserve the right to remove any content and/or ban accounts that violate these rules.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when necessary to operate the service (e.g., Firebase infrastructure providers) or if required by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated content from the app settings section. This action is irreversible.

Eskiwi does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Use of the platform and conversion to Crypto is done at your own risk. We do not guarantee minimum income or future profits.
Eskiwi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove features, monetization rules, payment methods, or these terms at any time, for technical, legal, or commercial reasons.
Eskiwi may suspend or close accounts without prior notice if it considers there is a legal, technical, reputational risk, or system abuse, even without proven fraud.
Eskiwi is not responsible for losses derived from technical errors, system crashes, bugs, maintenance, payment delays, or issues with external providers.
Eskiwi relies on third-party services such as Apple, Google, payment gateways, and Blockchain networks. We are not responsible for blocks, fees, decisions, or failures of such third parties.
Each creator is solely responsible for the content they publish. Eskiwi is not responsible for legal claims, copyrights, misuse of image, or illegal content published by users.
The use of the platform is restricted. The user declares to meet the legal age required in their country.
Eskiwi allows monetization of author content, always subject to change. This monetization content can be found under the "Analytics" panel. Continuing to use the platform implies you accept these terms.
